I thought the initial salesperson was excellent. He did a wonderful job and was fairly new. He was outstanding. The conversations by phone were wonderful with the coordinator gentlemen. He was excellent and very communicative. The installation crew was wonderful and they worked very well together. They did a wonderful job from a-z and I would highly recommend LeafGuard to anyone who is interested in saving their gutters. I had a good experience.

I’ve now had LeafGuard on three homes over the past 20 years. The product has always been excellent and performed as advertised. My only complaint is that your prices have increased astronomically since you eliminated your franchisees and hired salespeople for your company stores. Still, I did recommend LeafGuard to a neighbor. Unfortunately, they balked at the cost and went with one of your competitors with a similar but not quite as nice a product. I also considered doing that but, since this is our last house, I decided that quality of your product, installation, and guarantee were worth it!

They were on time. They did what they were supposed to in a day. They cleaned up after themselves. They did some repairs on a former gutter that I had put in by LeafGuard without any questions.

I have told others in my neighborhood about how happy with the system. Others have used leaf filter and I see pine nedels sticking in the screens.

Customer service was impeccable! All my questions were answered every step of the way. There was not only great flexibility with my installation schedule needs, but also with payment options.

The guys were very efficient and did a very good job. We do have to have a come back on the house, not the guys’ fault. It was just something we saw when it rained so hard. There are just a few of the downspouts that need to be pointed in a different direction.

Oh how I wish that I could rate LeafGuard a “10”!!! From my first phone conversation with “Justice”, who told me that I would be receiving a Return Phone Call within 24 hours from “Ken”, who had a crew out to our home within 48 hours to assess the damage to a section of gutter that had come down during a recent ice and snow event. “Alonte” and “Zach” were AWESOME! They took measurements and cut up and hauled away the damaged section of gutter within a short period of time! Next on the scene were “Corey” and “Josh” (two AMAZING gentlemen) who did the actual installation of the new section. Their boss, “Matt” was extremely kind and accommodating! I watched all of these guys “do their thing”…observing sound safety procedures from start to finish. ALL of these wonderful people went the EXTRA mile to ensure that everything was just PERFECT! Our “original” LeafGuard system was installed in 2009, so we can attest to the fact that this system really holds up and does EXACTLY what it’s advertised to do! I can’t say enough good things about ALL of the great people at LeafGuard that I interacted with. If you want a system that is proven to work, coupled with people who take pride in doing their best for you, then this is who you want to do business with. My husband and I want to extend our sincere appreciation to all involved who made us feel like our need was urgent and important!!!

The whole process was better I expected, which is saying a lot because I expect the best. I got exactly what I needed at a fair price.
