They did everything like they said they would and when they would. I had trouble getting paper copy of contract but did get it. I do wonder because each page of it says go by what is in contract and NOT what salesman told me which makes me wonder a little about the future.

Normally, I am very happy with LeafGuard of Columbus/Dayton's service. But the last gutters I bought, they told me one thing and did another. I have had them installed on six houses.

The product and service are great but I don't think my neighbors/friends would think it was a wise investment

The quality is good, but the price is a little pricey. One of the guys in the neighborhood seemed interested, but when I told him the price, he said he would wait.

Some of the down spout work was not up to the standards.

Great product, but had to have them come back 3x to address sagging gutters which weren't flowing to the downspouts. They came back promptly each time I called, but each time only fixed one issue rather than checking to be sure everything was OK. However, the gutters work wonderfully now and are easy to keep clean through filters at eye level in the downspouts. I'm glad I paid extra for Leafguard.

They were very professional.

The system does better than it was explained to us. However the challenge I see if the after sales support is lacking. My hope was that someone would come around and talk us through what to expect and see if the installation was done correctly. Instead I was told take a picture of any issues and they would come around. Not the most ideal after sales support from an large investment in my home.

Representatives from sales to installation were very knowledgeable and helpful in the process.

Job was completed as contracted and on time. It was a good job.
